Forty-Nine suspected fraudsters were arrested after an EFCC raid in an Abuja suburb.

49 suspects of online fraud have been detained by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) agents working out of the Abuja Zonal Command. Following reliable information on their suspected criminal activities, the suspects, who were between the ages of 19 and 32, were detained in a sting operation at several homes in Navy Estate, Cajaah Orozo, an Abuja suburb. Over fifty mobile phones of various brands, fifteen laptops, and a Lexus ES330 salon were among the items taken from them. As soon as the investigations are finished, the suspects will be charged in court.
