Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the spokesperson for the Nigerian Police Force, has responded to the controversy that followed his remark regarding police slapping citizens. Adejobi tweeted, Even if a policeman on duty slaps a civilian, the civilian has no right to retaliate, in response to a viral video of two men grappling with an armed officer.
