Falconets left Costa Rica on Monday after being eliminated from the U20 Women World Cup and arrived in Nigeria on Thursday. At the Istanbul Airport in Turkey pictures of the Nigerian women sleeping on the ground and chairs surfaced. After being stranded for roughly 24 hours the women eventually landed in Abuja at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.
